Micron Technologies requires a completed Material Questionnaire (MQ) and a MSDS to be provided at the onset of any project to verify that your compound is safe to bring in house.

We'll conduct an initial "technical-kick-off" meeting to discuss your project needs.

Our business development managers, project management and analytical teams will lead a technical discussion around requirements, timelines and expectations for your individual project.  The details of this technical kick-off meeting will be summarized in a Statement of Work (SOW) which will be the guidance document for the project.

Finding the Right Equipment

We will work with you to identify the right equipment, and/or combination of equipment, to meet your particle size reduction needs.

Develop a Cleaning Verification Method and Assess the Particle Size Method

For new projects, we will ask that you provide a small sample (2g) to complete a cleaning study (HPLC method).

Your Material is Processed in Our cGMP Certified Facilities

As the preferred solution provider for the most complex and specialized requirements in micronization, we have the expertise to handle your toughest specifications.  If you require micronization, containment for highly potent material, or standard milling, outsourcing your particle size reduction to us ensures quality processing, and quick turnaround at a competitive overall cost.

Warehousing Capabilities

At Micron Technologies, we offer stability testing and sample (bulk) storage to support our customers' needs in relation to drug substance and drug product.
